Covid passports: do professional drivers need this document?

From 1 July certificates confirming vaccination or a negative coronavirus test result are obligatory in the European Union. Thanks to them, travelling around the member countries will be easier. What about drivers?

The EU COVID Certificate (UCC) is a document confirming that a person has received all the required doses of vaccine. Importantly, this certificate is valid from 14 to 365 days after the last dose. On the other hand, if you are a recovering vaccinee, you can obtain the document for 80 days. Having a UCC entitles you to cross borders freely without quarantine or testing. This means that it is now a required document among professional drivers

Additionally, we encourage all drivers to fill out the form published in appendix number 3 of the European Union guidelines. The form is available here
